Last Updated: June 2026At Avyelle, every watch is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 72 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
- Do not remove any protective plastic films, tags, or stickers.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be returned.
- The watch must not have been resized, worn, or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and share:
- Your Order ID
- An unboxing video (starting from the sealed package being opened)
- Clear photos of the issue
We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
